Terms of Service & Licensing
Official terms governing proprietary software licenses, service level agreements (SLA), and corporate liability limits.
1. Software Licensing & Ownership
All custom CRM models, Voice AI scripts, and billing modules deployed under the RSK System umbrella remain proprietary. Customers are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to run designated engines for internal operational workflows. Reverse engineering, redistribution, or decompiling of core ledger binaries is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution.
2. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Guarantee
We guarantee system infrastructure availability metrics exceeding 99.9% on an annual basis, excluding scheduled maintenance. Data durability thresholds are managed with automated backups. In the event of latency drops or service interruption, incident response protocols are triggered automatically to failover traffic to active regional nodes.
3. Limitation of Liability
RSK System provides advanced operational automation tools. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from database configuration errors made by tenant administrators, network connection drops, or incorrect local CRM segmentation rules. System logs stored in the immutable security ledger serve as the final authority on incident logs.
4. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with European Union corporate laws. Any legal action or dispute arising from the implementation of these services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts under our primary registrar's location.
